Q: When should I drink Kombucha?

A: There’s never a wrong time to drink kombucha. It is suitable both before and after your workout, in the morning, or with your evening meal. It even makes for a great cocktail!

Q: What should I expect?

A: At a glance, this naturally sparkling tea is refreshing and flavourful, but it has capabilities way beyond the taste buds. It is a drink that can help make you feel more energised whilst making your gut the happiest it can be. We suggest swapping one coffee, tea, or soda a day with a bottle of booch – let us know if you notice the difference.

Q: Why is Kombucha good for me?

A: Because of our wonderful S.C.O.B.Y. friend (symbiotic colony of bacteria and yeast), Kombucha is full of probiotics, which top up the good bacteria in your gut, boosting your ability to keep healthy & fit. Kombucha is also antioxidant rich, which helps to prevent many diseases whilst aiding in the detoxification process of the liver.

Q: How should it make me feel?

A: Our kombucha is made with green Sencha tea – so you should get a gentle energised feeling. The live cultures in our booch will also contribute to a pep in your step. Each bottle has its own unique flavour and each one will make you feeling pleasantly different. Our Lavender and Jasmine Kombuchas will provide a calming effect, while Blood Orange will perk you up. Ginger will help soothe your digestive tract and warm you up.

Q: Why is there sugar in Kombucha?

A: The Kombucha making process requires sugar to feed our S.C.O.B.Y. (Symbiotic Colony of Bacteria & Yeast) and get the batch going. Without that sugar we wouldn’t receive all those great probiotics. No sugar- No booch. Any sugar in our booch is residual.

No sugar would mean vinegar, and we don’t want to use sweeteners like stevia, xylitol, or erythritol.

Q: Why organic?

A: We believe going organic is the most vital piece of our Kombucha mission. To keep Wild Fizz at the highest of standards, we need to make sure our drinks are the most nutrient dense they can be, and must have the least amount of negative impact on our environment as possible. Organic fruits and vegetables means no chemicals keeping your system from working at its optimum level, while no chemicals means these plants are loaded with potent vitamins and nutrients instead of stripped of their natural goodness. Organic means no pollution, no nutrient depletion and no wildlife being harmed by chemical exposure. We are dedicated to supporting a healthier drink, both for you and our environment.

Q: What does raw mean?

A: Raw means it hasn’t been pasteurised. Pasteurisation is when a liquid or food is heated to a point where bacteria is killed. By omitting this process, our kombucha is full of live cultures - we keep all the good bacteria!

Q: Why glass? Why can?

A: We are trying our best to avoid plastic, which means glass and cans were obvious choices. Cans are more recycled than glass, which is why half of our products have made this transition. We are working diligently to be 100% plastic free, which means we are currently working on a way to make our labels from paper instead of plastic. We promise to continue doing the best we can for our planet.

Q: Do you ship to my country?

A: At the moment we only service the UK.

Q: When can I expect my delivery?

A: If you order before noon you’ll get it next day Mon-Thu. Occasionally an order will be slightly delayed, but this is rare as we don’t want to keep you waiting. Service is important to us.

Q: I'm going on holiday, how do i put my subscription on hold

A: How lovely! Log in to your account and click on my subscriptions and amend/cancel it there. The effect is immediate.

Q: Where is it made?

A: In London, by Gina the founder and Bashu our awesome lady head brewer!

Q: I've had enough, how do I cancel my subscription

A: Totally understand, sometimes you change your mind. It’s super easy- please sign in to your account and click on my subscriptions and amend/cancel it there. The effect is immediate.

Q: I want to change my order for another flavour

A: New day, new flavour! Totally get it. Log in to your account and click on my subscriptions and amend/cancel it there. Further down is an option to change product variant- this is where you decide what new flavour to go for.

Q: How do I track my order?

A: We will keep you updated as and when your booch is on the way. But if you have any questions email us on sales@wildfizzkombucha.com and we’ll give you a more up to date whereabouts of your booch box.

Q: How much does shipping cost?

A: This is calculated on how much you buy, but is clearly stated before you pay, so you know how much the total is before you are charged. It’s cheaper if you have a subscription to have less deliveries of more booch.

Q: I’m a cafe/restaurant/shop and want to stock you, what do I do?

A: Amazing! Please email emily@wildfizzkombucha.com and tell her what you need.

Q: What are your bottles made of? Are they recyclable?

A: Our bottles are made of glass and our cans are aluminium.

Q: Do you sell your products in stores?

A: Yes we do, if you don’t want to buy online from us, let us know where you live and we’ll let you know where your closest retailer is.

Q: Can I try your products first before I buy?

A: Unfortunately not, although we regularly do events and fun things that you can come down to. Just subscribe to our newsletter and we’ll keep in touch.

Q: My shipment was damaged

A: Oh dear, please email ops@wildfizzkombucha.com and Jon our wonderful organiser/superhero will sort you out with a new order asap!

Q: Why do I have to enter my credit card information upon registering?

A: We ask for this now to make your life easier — forget pulling out your plastic and re-entering it every time. Your information is encrypted and stored with our credit card processor — we do not have access to your credit card data.

Q: Do I have to order 12 Bottles of each product?

A: That’s a case baby so yes, yes you do.
